Studio Reservations, 1:1 Appointments, and Other ideaLAB News

Have you been interested in using the recording studio in the ideaLAB for your artisanal firewood podcast or your death-metal concept album about a dinosaur detective, but you don't want to come down to Central just to find out that the studio is already in use? WAIT NO LONGER! You can now reserve studio time online!

Everyone is allowed one hour a day, and you can book up to two weeks out - you'll even get an email confirmation with your date and time so you don't miss it. Be sure to read the studio FAQ for all the details about our policies and what is in the studio for you to use.

In other ideaLAB news, we've been hearing from customers that they'd like to be able to have more uninterrupted time with our talented staff and volunteers - an hour to ask all their questions about Photoshop or Sketchup, for example. ASK AND YE SHALL (EVENTUALLY) RECEIVE: we've begun adding ideaLAB-specific skills to the regular one-on-one appointments we offer here in the Community Technology Center. You can book an hour a month to talk to someone about Photoshop, 3D modeling, Illustrator, Arduino - just call 720-865-1706 or email ctc@denverlibrary.org to schedule a time.

Want to keep up on ideaLAB news? Be sure to sign up for our monthly newsletter (and maybe some of the other ones put out by all of our amazing departments).
